Career-page benefit sections are eerily identical: an icon row, „competitive salary", „great team", fruit day. Candidates scroll past. The health programme stands out when it is concrete, experiential and believable.
Title: not „Benefits" but a claim: „Here you don’t wait weeks for a specialist". Below, 2-3 sentences: what the programme includes (matching the real tier), from when it applies (day one? after probation? – say it), and one human sentence: „you can do your annual screening during work hours".
Filler like „premium health package" without specifics; the stock-photo smiling doctor; and above all over-promising – every word gets measured back at onboarding (article). On ad copy specifically: job-ads article.
Two simple indicators: scroll/click data on the benefits block (if measurable), and answers at interview to „what did you hear about our benefits?" When candidates mention the health programme unprompted, the block works.
