How it works

Five steps from the first call to a working benefit.

Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks. Your total time investment: a few hours – we carry the rest.

All Vera, Milán and Zoé, our fictional team, noticed of the whole process: a half-hour briefing – and soon they were booking appointments. (Illustration.)

Step 1 – 20-minute consultation (free)

By phone or Google Meet we go through your situation: headcount, goals, budget. By the end you will see your options and the expected ballpark. What we ask of you: 20 minutes. No preparation needed.

Step 2 – Needs assessment and data submission

We tell you exactly what data is needed (typically: headcount, age distribution, requested tiers – no names, numbered rows suffice) and provide a ready-to-fill template. What we ask of you: about 30 minutes.

Step 3 – The market's offers, in one table

We launch the quote requests towards every relevant insurer. Offers typically arrive within 1–2 weeks; we then hand over not nine PDFs, but a single plain-language comparison table: premiums, contents, network coverage, strengths – decision-ready. What we ask of you: nothing. This is our job.

Step 4 – Decision and signing

In a 20–30 minute call we walk through the table and answer every question – then we prepare and manage the full contractual documentation for the chosen offer. What we ask of you: one decision and one signature.

Step 5 – Employee briefing: so the benefit lands

A benefit is worth what the team understands of it. At launch it is worth holding a short briefing for staff – what the package contains, how to book, who to call – and giving every colleague a one-page summary. HR is left with zero communication burden.

And what comes after signing – ongoing support in the background

Let's spend 20 minutes on what this could bring your company.

Free, no obligation – by the end you will see your options and the next step clearly.
