We charge you no separate fee for our advice – our work as an intermediary is paid for by the insurer in the form of commission, which is part of the insurance premium.

Sound familiar?

Three headaches every CEO knows

Months-long waiting lists

Your colleague waits months for an MRI – and you feel their absence every single day.

Talent walking away

Good professionals now choose benefit packages, not just salaries.

No internal bandwidth

Who has time to compare nine insurers' offers and decode the fine print?

The solution

Why us?

We don't sell one insurer's product – we choose from the market, on your instructions.

Broad market view

We request offers for your headcount and needs from the insurers we hold contracts with, and compare them in one clear table.

One point of contact

One phone number instead of nine call centres – from quotes to stuck cases; for routine claims you get a ready contact list.

Zero HR burden

We hold the employee briefing and write the one-page guides – zero communication burden for HR; for the monthly roster report we provide a ready-made template and process guide.

I step in when it matters

No busywork: if the renewal index is fair, there's nothing to do. But when a case gets stuck or a claim is disputed, I help however I can, drawing on my network.

What is it exactly?

What is group health insurance?

With a single contract, the company gives the whole team private healthcare access: specialists without waiting lists, diagnostics, screenings – in the insurer's nationwide private clinic network.

  • For employees: appointments within days, dignified care, zero tax burden.
  • For the company: fewer sick days, stronger retention, favourable taxation (33.04%).
  • Bonus: above a certain headcount, pre-existing conditions can be accepted too.

Employee briefing

We deliver it – your team will know what they got.

After signing you can still ask us: roster-change templates, help in stuck cases where we can. And at renewal you stay in charge: if the insurer's index is fair, nothing to do – if not, one forwarded e-mail and we request fresh quotes. The full process →

FAQ

Most common questions

How is it taxed for the company?▾
The group premium is taxed as a so-called specific defined benefit: the total public charge is 33.04%, borne solely by the company – using in-kind healthcare services creates no tax liability for the employee; an income-replacement benefit (e.g. in the nature of a hospital or incapacity-for-work daily indemnity) is, for contracts concluded after 2018, tax-free under Point 6.6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Income Tax Act (the former limit of HUF 15,000 per day no longer applies to these contracts) – check the accounting treatment with your accountant. By comparison, the combined burden of the same benefit paid as salary is close to 70%. Our summary is based on the insurers' official tax publications; always confirm the exact treatment with your accountant.
From how many employees is it available?▾
It varies by insurer; group contracts are typically available even for small teams. At the consultation we tell you exactly which insurers' offers are open at your headcount.
Does the insurer accept pre-existing conditions?▾
For outpatient services a pre-existing condition is usually not an exclusion: colleagues can use specialist care for their existing complaints. For inpatient and surgical covers, however, waiting periods and exclusions differ by insurer – one of the most important fine-print differences on the market, so we flag it in a dedicated row of our comparison.
How long does implementation take?▾
The time from the first call to the employee briefing depends on the insurers' response times and the company's decision-making pace – often a few weeks. We carry most of the process – your input is needed at the needs assessment and the decision.
How much does group health insurance cost?▾
The premium depends on headcount, age profile and the chosen content – we only state a concrete figure based on the insurers' individual offers, because we choose from nine insurers' competing offers. That is why the first consultation is free: after 20 minutes you will see the ballpark for your company.
Can I sign up as a private individual?▾
We specialise in corporate group contracts – that is the essence of our specialisation, and this site is written primarily for company leaders and HR. On request, we also help private individuals, families and smaller companies find a suitable health insurance package.
